Can a 3rd party Lock my iPhone?
I paid for an unlock for my iPhone online. After a disagreement about the payment, the guy that unlocked my iPhone (by simply contacting an AT&T technician and having them factory unlock the phone) is threatening to lock the phone again. I have the phone and it's working perfectly now with a different SIM Card from a different carrier. Could they really lock the phone back again?

- Why is it called third party? Who are the first and second party? So like in iPhone, you are not allowed to use a third part charger because it is not supported but I was wondering if there's a first party or a second party charger that exists?
- Where can I watch Doctor Who on my 3rd gen iPhone? I have a 3rd gen iPod, are there any sites I can watch doctor who on. My computers not working so this is all I can watch it on. I mean either 9th 10th or 11th doctor, one of those. And a site that has all the episodes of a good amount thanks.
- Is there a apple device or any 3rd party product like this? Where I can stream movies from itunes to my tv? Or anything similar to that amazon tv thing. I have something similar but it was from when I had an old iphone and now since I have an iphone 6, the charger plug-in is different compared to the 6's, rendering the current tool useless
- Is it safe to install 3rd party iPhone 6 batteries? I'm an electrical engineer but Apple does not sell batteries directly to the consumer. Instead, they ship it to the authorized service centre. The service centre charges a lot for a new battery(around $200 or more). While going through Amazon, I was able to find iPhone 6 batteries for $30-50.
