Can a random micro sim card work for the iphone 5? - 2
Can i just buy a small (prepaid) sim card to put into my Iphone 5 for me to call someone? Or is the iphone 5 sim card specialized? Or is this not what a SIM card does?

The iphone 5 has a nano sim not a micro sim, so you can convert the micro sim to a nano sim with the link below. But either way you need to be sure the iphone is unlocked before the prepaid sim card will be able to work.
- Would an different AT&T micro SIM card work on a AT&T locked iPhone 4S? I believe the answer is yes but I want to be sure before I sell my iPhone. I don't want to sell it to someone who believes this to be possible and then learn it's not. I know the phone will not work with any other carrier but AT&T.
