Can Apple get all my photos etc back even when I haven't done a recent backup?

I stupidly restored my iPhone by accident and I used the backup on my laptop which I Iast did in November 2012 and I didn't realise it was so long ago. I've had trouble backing up my iPhone with iCloud and so my last backup was in October 2013. I have done lots of things since then like written important notes. Is it still possible that Apple can get it all back even though I haven't backed it up for ages? For example they have all the data of every phone stored somewhere? This might sound stupid but it's worth asking because I'm really worried and annoyed thanks.

Unfortunately, there's no way to recover your lost data. ICloud backup and iTunes backup are the only ways you would have been able to recover your stuff. Sorry about that.

  • Why does my recent calls show up on all of my Apple Devices? My family recently got iPhone 6S a month ago and ever since then when someone calls one of us and goes to our recent calls it will show up on all of our recent calls list. How can we stop this. I went into to settings to make sure calls on other devices was not on and it wasn't.
  • Recent pictures deleted after iPhone backup? I backed up my iPhone in order to retrieve multiple notes that were deleted and in the process my most recent photos were deleted off of my phone. How would I place those pictures back on my phone without doing another backup?
  • My IPhone storage going down even thou I haven't downloaded anything? I've got a 16Gb iPhone and I'm new to apple, I checked the storage last night and it was 10.7 and today it's now 10.0 and I haven't downloaded a single thing! I haven't sent any texts and the safari data is like 20kg I plugged it into iTunes and the "Other" section is like 2gb which confused me as I literally have a few songs and maybe 5 apps and that's it, I've restored my phone and nothing has changed gb still going down.
  • I haven't synced my iphone, how can I find deleted messages from backup? I deleted some important messages. I haven't synced my iPhone since then, so can I still get them on my phone and if so, how can I do this? Thanks for any help Yes I backed my phone after I got the messages. So how do I put them on my phone again?
