Can car Bluetooth play iphone music?

I have a 2005 Toyota Avalon without Bluetooth or auxiliary cords. So I was going to install an aux unit to play my music via phone but wondered if I could install Bluetooth and have it play music as well. So does a Bluetooth kit I buy from BestBuy or some place have the capability of connecting to my iPhone and play music?

Yes you can add a bluetooth to your factory Toyota radio, if will display text from the iPhone or Android if your radio comes with a SAT AM button
