Can I buy a sim free iphone 6 in us?
I'm traveling to the US in a few weeks and I'd like to buy the new iphone 6 I researched it but all the prices are 2year contracts for $199. I'm Irish so I can't have an American sim. Is there anyway I can buy the phone at a cheaper price without a sim (current sim free price is $699)
That is a subsidized/contract price so No. You'll have to purchase from the Applestore carrier free/unlocked. That means can be activated on any network you chose anywhere. You will have to pay the full $700 USD price for that to happen. Worst case wait 'til it hits Ireland and buy on contract/tariff there if your wallet is thin. Best luck.

- Can you buy a sim free iphone and use a talk mobile contract? I need a new phone because my other one is knackered. I'm looking for a phone where I can use my talk mobile contract and use the phone as a music player aswell. I have an ipod touch but that is pretty much broken aswell. If I can't use my tm contract on the iphone, anyone have a recommendation of the best phone to get to store 500+ songs on?
