Can I buy the iPhone 6S with all cash at an Apple Store?

I have reserved to pick up and pay for an iPhone tomorrow, which IIm getting my check tomorrow, and it just occurred to me that I may have to use a card and not cash which is a problem Because the check is around $2000 and if I put all of that in the bank I won't be able to spend it until the next day… Will Apple allow me to purchase my phone with cash?

Added (1). Also… I'm buying the no contract T-Mobile phone so I don't see why they would have a problem with me paying by cash

You can pay that much in cash. I bought a dirt bike in cash at a moto dealer for $2500.

Yes you can pay with cash

Absolutely, you can buy the phone with cash but you won't be able to sign-up for contract. You'll have to pick the unlocked iPhone 6S.

If you didn't preorder then they will most likely be out.

Yup. Cash still works.

  • Where is the best place to buy an iPhone 4s: the Verizon store or the Apple store? I don't have an upgrade until January but am looking to buy an iPhone soon. I've been looking at the various sites and saw that there was a huge price difference between the Apple and Verizon stores. A rep at the Verizon store told me I wouldn't even have to change my existing plan, but just pay the $449 for the phone. Why would I buy an iPhone 4s from Verizon for $449.99 when they're sold on the Apple website for $99?
  • Should I buy the iphone 6 plus with cash or finance it? Right now I have about $10k in bank and am in college where I don't really have any expenses. Should I spend $780 outright for the iphone 6 or should I take advantage of their 12 month no interest financing offer for the iPhone 6? I'm thinking this would be a good idea since I have no credit history and maybe this would be a good time to establish credit as I plan on buying a car next year. What do you think?
  • Should I buy my iPhone at the Apple Store or the Verizon store? The plans and the phones themselves cost the exact same; the difference is the care plan. I just can't decide which one is best for me and I definitely want some sort of plan. Apple care is an upfront cost, but it is cheaper. I don't know how long either last, or which one takes care of the customers the best. Any opinions?
