Can I charge my iphone charger input (100-240v) in bali (250v output)?
I'm in bali now and my iPhone charger input 100-240v. I know bali's output is 220v but the hotel where i'm now gives you an international wall socket but its at an output of 250v.

Yes, you should be O.K. The thing to remember is that if applied voltage is too high it can damage the device, if too low the device simply won't work.
Try and use the 10% rule. Your iPhone voltage range says 100V - 240V
so, 10% either side should be fine:
i.e. 90V - 264V
As the 250V output is within this things should be O.K.
