Can i charge my iPhone in England if i'm from Canada?

I'm travelling to England in the spring and i'm not sure what to to buy to make sure i can charge my phone and other devises.

Get a travel adaptor:

https://www.amazon.co.uk/...B000NPACOG

Get that then yes you can

Most large supermarkets sell adaptors to convert your plugs to our (UK) sockets. However our domestic voltage is 240 volts. So you may well need to buy a 240 volt charger here for your phone and other items. If you Google UK sites for chargers for each item you should find them.

If you have the right plug adapter, yes.

The electrical outlets might be different between the 2 British Commonwealth realms you might need an adaptor, otherwise it night cause a dangerous electrical shock

You need the adaptor with the two slanted flat prongs and one round one. IPhones are dual voltage- you don't need to convert the voltage.

You just need an adapter, as the charge plug takes care of the voltage difference.

Yes

  • Will my iPhone camera and apps work in England? I'm going to England for 2 weeks on Tuesday and was wondering if the camera and apps will all work. I don't care about the phone or texting part. Its an iPhone 5 and I have Verizon btw. I'd like to put pictures on Facebook and Twitter/update status/tweet etc. From my phone as well without having to use a computer.
  • Will my iPhone 4 work in England? I'm going overseas this summer and fall for studying, and was wondering if I can have a contract over there, keeping my same iPhone. My carrier is Verizon.
  • Will I need an electrical/power adapter to travel to England? (I live in Canada)? I'm traveling to England next summer to visit some family for a month and I was wanting to bring my laptop and phone along with me. I have a Sony Vaio and iPhone 4 (I don't know if that makes a difference at all). If I need to get one, what type do I buy and where can I purchase one? Preferably not online.
