Can I pair the ps3 Sony in ear headset with my iPhone?

If I can how do i do it?

I'mm assuming you mean the bluetooth headset, since its just a standard bluetooth it can be paired with anything the supports bluetooth headsets and yes that means you can use it with your phone

Just put the headset in pairing mode and connect it like any headset following the directions for your phone, to put the headset in paring mode just hold the power button until you see red and blue lights flashing ( some bluetooth headsets flash red and green )
one it's in pairing mode you go into the bluetooth options of the phone and it will have the option to search for and connect to the headset, if you are asked for a passcode it will be 0000, depending on the model of the headset it may be able to pair with two or more devices at the same time without disconnecting from the previous device which will allow you to use it for a phone and the ps3 without having to always redo the setup and connection every time, but it might only allow one device at a time which would mean any time you use it for the phone or the ps3 you'll have to pair and connect it again.

I just go my turtle beach Z11 and the sound only works in the right ear with the splitter and without, when i used it on my andriod phone it only works in the left ear, when i used it with my Moms iphone 4 it worked fine?
