Can I receive unemployment if?
I didn't show up to work because I had a mental health break down. I'm a vet with ptsd. I text my boss the first day I missed that evening and then the next morning because I hadn't been released. I know for a fact he received them because the iPhone read receipt. I got fired though for job abandonment even with my hospital excuse. I live in Texas by the way. And my job knew it was a pre existing condition.
Added (1). Unemployment is something you pay into. It's not from someone else's tax money. That's why it you don't work you won't receive it.
Suck it up dude. We all have problems. I don't want to pay for you.
No harm in filing, in case the company wants to be nice to you, but you aren't really qualified to get it.
Call your local VA and ask for assistance in making the claim.
Unless you are covered under FMLA you can be fired for doing a no show even with a doctors excuse.
An employer does not have to honor your doctors excuse
File and see what happens, you will have an appeal process in front of a judge if the state denies you
- Why don't I receive alerts or a notification when I receive a text and I already checked my settings? I adjusted my setting and even put the ringer and notifications on and put the volume and ringer on and I receive no alert, no pop up, alert or notification when someone texts me. Why? This is the iPhone X! I went to the cell phone/ carrier store and they didn't help me. They said to go to the apple store or check the settings. I already adjusted the settings. So what do I do now?
- Why can't my iPhone receive SMS messages on 3G? I have a 3GS which has just started having issues with 3G connection. It refuses to receive SMS messages, but I'm able to send them. I have tried to reset network settings, turn off iMessage, restart numerous times to no avail. The only way I can make it work is to turn off 3G, turn the phone off and on which allows SMS to be received. Am I missing something obvious as to why it's having a mini meltdown?
- Iphone4: no reception anywhere and can't make calls or text or RECEIVE any I'm on orange… my iphone 4 has no reception ANYWHERE i go. I can't receive calls or text or anything but i can connect to internet and i can download and play games… I've restarted my phone. I took out the sim and put it back sometimes i get reception when i restart but then i can't make calls or text or receive anything… help? Where can i get this fix? Do i need to change my sim?
- IPhone can't receive iMessages but it can send them? So today, my iPhone said 'waiting for activation'. I think I managed to fix that part. Now, I can send iMessages but can't receive them, I can receive iMessages on my Mac, but not my phone.
