Can I report a false advertise on Ebay even though it has been more than 14 days?
I just recently bought an advertised 16GB iphone on eBay but when I called apple, they said it was an 8GB iphone. I've had the phone for about 2 months now and the seller said that I can't return it because it has been over 14 days. Can I still report for false advertisement? I paid a lot for that phone!
After 2 months? Forget it.
If you can prove the phone in question is the phone you bought, then yes, you can report it. But be prepared for Ebay to ignore it or not do much because it's been so long.
You can report but you had to do within 14 days. If you had report within 14 days then may be you got replacement or your report helped you.
- Why has my iPhone been using more data than usual? I have a 2GB data plan that i have never overaged on. I moved to a different state for college, and after using my phone for a couple weeks here, i'm already nearing 4GB of data. I'm not using it any differently, just how i did at home. - My old iPhone 5c won't turn on even though it was working fine a month ago and has just been in a drawer since. How can I get it working? I upgraded my iPhone a month ago and have been experiencing problems so I need to get it fixed. It will be weeks until I get it back so I decided I d use my old iPhone 5c until then. - IPhone 4S dying even though it shows battery still has power 20-40%? The phone is new I haven't had it for a month and its already giving me problems. It's dying before it hits 0%.It start dying at 0 but then slowly started dying with more battery left. What might be the problem? What could I do to fix it?
