Can I sell my iPhone 4 even though it's still under a contract?
So I have iphone 4 with AT&T but I got a iPhone 5c for christmas and my best friend wants to buy it but the iphone is still under a contract it just has a different number to it.
So can I sell it or do i have to wait until the contract is up!
The subsidized period really needs to be over before you sell it. Make sure you unlock it so that you can get 2 times as much for it on ebay.
Not unless you fell for payment plan for the phone itself. I have friend that complains about cost of Att and pays 40 mo but also has payments on phone which brings him back up to 70 mo plus taxes like fees.
Yes. I bought my old phone this way. Basically you transfer the contract to another person. It requires the approval of your carrier, but this is easy to get if you have a stable payment history.

- When traveling, can I buy a SIM card to my iphone even though I'm still on a contract? I'm traveling soon. I have verizon and their roaming service is very expensive. I was wondering if once I get to my destination country, can I buy a SIM card so that I can be able to obtain phone service while on my trip? If not, My iphone is still under contract, if I get my phone unlocked, then buy a SIM card, would that also be a problem?
- Is there a way I can switch to Verizon edge even though my 2-year contract isn't up? My poor iPhone 5c has a cracked screen and some of the letters are really hard to use with the screen! I never got Applecare or any type of I've had my iPhone for a 18months (1year & 5months) and I was wondering is it an option to upgrade early and participate with Verizon edge plan even though my two year contract isn't up?
