Can I sell my iPhone 5 that is still under contract to another AT&T User?

I'm selling it because my mom suspended my account so I basically can't do anything with it. I was wondering what my options were if I wanted to sell it.

You can sell it for whatever price you want and have no legal consequences… BUT… This means the line no longer has a phone, just your sim card that you removed from the i5… If its continued to be suspend (voluntarily by mom), then your fine, as long as she pays the monthly bills… But once she stops paying the monthly bills, she breaks contract due to non-payment, and you line will be charged $200-$350 ETF Fee for breaking contract. If her line is in contract too, thats another ETF fee. LOL

Personally, if I was young again.lol… And mom was still alive… And she suspended my Iphone or Android or whatever, i would jailbreak (iphone) or root (android) it, then unlock it via a hack app, which increases its value by $150… So maing the grand total like $300-$500… Sell it on swappa.com… Get paid… Make profit… Get a $20 ATT gophone.lmao! I'm covered!
