Can I sue or get my teacher fired for taking $100 from me?
I payed $100 dollars to take a dam robotics class because it was my dream to do this. My parents payed good money for this class at school and all we do is sit in a computer lab, play computer games, do Globster, scratch, and "free days" AKA he plays tetris. While my friends and play I Clash of Clans on my Iphone. Every time I ask him why can't we build a robot he says "Your not paying attention, do I have to call your parents?" Like WTH! I found out he dropped 10k! On a competition robot for the robotics team can I sue him?
Added (1). Also we began to build a robot but he stopped it because he needed the part for the robotics team

Welcome to real life. It sucks and it's unfair, and the sooner you realize this, the better off you will be.
Maybe you can use the time in class learning to spell.
Its funny how kids cry "sue" as if they magically have some type of reason for everything. This generation of kids is just clueless.
