Can I sue walmart if they refuse to take my legal eGift card?

I was in walmart and had a eGift card on my iphone from my email which they let me use once in the store earlier that day to put stuff on layaway then denied my serves after I open a product that I planed on buying with my eGift card in told me I can't use it no more unless I print it out and that I had to pay for the product with cash or I was going to jail and on top of that made a big seen i didn't have the cash but a customer payed it for me when I called walmart corporate the local walmart call me back apologizing can I sue them and if so how much

Nope. You didn't lose anything and basically tried to violate store policy.

You're going to sue WALART over a gift card? You will need more than a single lawyer to go up against Walmart's TONS of lawyers. You will lose. Write a complaint to Walmart corporate again. You won't get any money out of this.

Yes you can sue them for $100000. You're the most important person in the world. Walmart should be just giving you stuff for free.

Nobody threatened you with jail. Stupid blatently false claims won't get any sympathy. They can choose what form of payment they will accept. They don't have to sell anything to you.

You didn't suffer anything, you can't sue.

You don't have the right to open product in a store, you don't own it, you must pay for it before you can open it.

They can refuse service for any reason, and if the policy is that it is to be printed out, then they can refuse to simply take it off of your phone, even if they have before.

I was at walmart after buying a new set of tires and got my oil changed they left my filter loose i'm doing 70 mph my pickup clattered i stopped and check oil none was on the stick they gave me a little cash plus gave me my money back for oil change and then they refuse to touch my pickup to rotate tires and they said we want even sell you a set of 4 so i left and bought a new set of tires at reno tires what can be done

Walmart told me they will compasate with me and pay over 4000 for a new engine should i wait or contact a lawyer

  • Will an Apple Store refuse service for a jailbroken iPhone? I have an iPhone 6 with a cracked screen. I have scheduled a Genius Bar appointment to have my phone repaired, however my phone is jailbroken. I know it voids warranty and I don't have warranty to begin with, I'm paying for the repair completely. Since the screen is a hardware thing and wouldn't matter if I was jailbroken or not, I was just curious because I don't want to have wasted my time for them to refuse service to me.
  • Why doesn't anyone sue china for all the fake products they make? I've juse seen a few pictures of things like fake KFC, fake starbucks, fake pizza hut, fake iphones called Hiphones, apad (fake Ipad) as well as many cars that look the same as the original (bmw, audi, mercedes etc.) except they are fake and have different names. All of these items, shop logos etc.look exactly like the real ones (really good replicas) yet all they have different is the name. How comes no one sues any one in china for blatantly stealing other peoples ideas?
  • Is it legal for someone take videotape you without consent if you are underage? I was driving home and was followed by some couple who, when i stopped, were videotaping me with their iphone. There was no one around, then they proceeded to cuss me out. Is it legal for them to have videotaped me if I was alone, under the age of 18, and did not know these people?
  • If I stole from walmart and didn't get caught will walmart look for me? I stole a iPhone case and a cable, maybe 50$ total, it was on accident I bought earrings and had the bag and put the stuff in the bag with intensions to buy. Will walmart look for me? I'm really scared.
