Why doesn't anyone sue china for all the fake products they make?
I've juse seen a few pictures of things like fake KFC, fake starbucks, fake pizza hut, fake iphones called Hiphones, apad (fake Ipad) as well as many cars that look the same as the original (bmw, audi, mercedes etc.) except they are fake and have different names.
All of these items, shop logos etc.look exactly like the real ones (really good replicas) yet all they have different is the name.
How comes no one sues any one in china for blatantly stealing other peoples ideas?
Haha china is the world number one country to produce cheap products so where there are advantages there are also disadvantages

Well first of all you can't sue the Chinese government for this, because it is individual manufacturing companies within China that are doing the counterfeiting, not the country in its entirety.
This has been going on for some time now. When one factory goes down, another takes its place. This will continue for as long as there's a demand for the fake products.
You can't just "sue China"- China as a country is not responsible for fake items, although certain people there may be.
The catch with suing them is that it would be an international lawsuit, and things there can get very murky to say the least- China would need to recognise the other country's legal system, assist in finding the counterfeiters, and so forth- it would be a long, complex legal process that would basically just not be worth it for anyone to do.

#2 even if anyone did it's way outside of the US's jurisdiction. Who buys that fake stuff? Chinese people so it's definitely not affecting our economy. You don't see fake audi cars or fake KFC in America so no one really cares. The only fake thing that makes it here is clothing, and it's usually a scam or the price is too good to be true. Only a fool would buy a pair of true religion jeans for $40. Not to mention the legit companies actually do make a profit from China. So you see. It really dsnt matter
China's government doesn't care. All types of movies and software is pirated there, they have entire government agencies just to hack into US Companies and steal their business ideas. That also includes all their military designs.

I have a 4th gen iPod, and an iPhone 3GS (I was in need of a phone, it's not all that bad) but do you think they will make iOS7 suitable for even my iPod? - Why do they use slight knock off products on icarly? Why do they use slight knockoffs on icarly that are almost the same thing as the real product? For ex: they use Pear Phones instead of iPhones and Splashface instead of Facebook. If Nickelodeon gets permission from Facebook and Apple to use their product, can't they use the real thing?
- Why are products that are made in China always the lowest quality? For example, cheap 3rd party iPhone chargers. Or toys painted with a led based paint? What about products made in China for China?
