Can i unlock ios 5.1 straight to ios 7?

My iphone 4s is currently unlocked by sam. I now have ios 5.1, i want to upgrade it to ios7. Is it possible? If yes, how?

If you want an ios… Then you may as well get the CIO 4… It has most of the same capabilities and is much more popular in richer nations… As a secondary addition you should upgrade to the Droid 9… Steve Jobs & Randell Flynn both predicted the first phone to cause addictions would be the last one…

Sure if you are the original owner of the phone. If not, make sure that iCloud is disabled (Find My iPhone). And factory unlock your phone. Because after each update you would have to hacktivate it again. And jailbreak again.

So i go through straight talk, and the guy said that i would have to get the verizon iphone unlocked and get a SIM card for it. I'm just curious how i do this. Somebody told me that I can take it to the verizon phone to the actual Verizon store and they wouold be more than happy to unlcock it. Is this true? Any other way I could unlock it? Or is it even possible?
