Can i upgrade before contracts ends?
I'm with Telus and I have only 10 months left on my contract but my iPhone 4 has totally gone wacky,
I was wondering if I could upgrade before the contract ends? If so how much would I have to pay to do so?

I found a trusted ebay seller (who is Registered as a business seller) and i will be buying off them hopefully in for months, it is a buy it now item but when I check the link using my laptop it does not have a time limit but looking at it using my iPod it ends in 16 days, Do products restock after the time ends? - What will happen after my iphones contract ends? My iphones contract will end the end of this december and i want to know what will happen. Can i still play my apps and stuff?
- What happens to all the photos etc on my iphone after my contract ends? I'm with O2 and my 24month contract is finished next week. I've chosen not to continue with o2 as I'm giving my mum my phone and she will use her own o2 sim. So what happens to all my photos, videos, apps etc on my iphone 4s? Will everything still be there, just won't be able to phone or text?
