Can i use a iPad micro sim card in my iPhone 4?
I just bought a micro sim card that only says 'for iPad' but the lady i bought it from said it will work on my phone. I tried but it only showed internet credit and not calling or messaging stuff.
Not for calling
It's a data plan sim, not a calling plan sim. If you have an iphone sim with data you can use that with ipad for surfing, but not the other way around. It can only be used with iphone 4 as data, like maps, or vonage app to call canada and us. Just an idea.
That card is for data usage only (hence the 'for iPad' note). You will need a regular sim card for your iPhone 4.

- My sim card won't work in my iPhone? I cut it to micro sim? I've just cut my sim card into a micro sim, Placed it into my iPhone 4s and it states there no sim card in there, They phone was recently unlocked by Telstra and i know it's unlocked because i got a conformation message on iTunes. I would have thought i cut it too small though that same sim card works in my Samsung Galaxy s2 Perfectly? What's the problem and why isn't it working with my iPhone?
