Can i use my iphone 5 (UK) in South Africa?

Phone is unlocked bought at Apple Store. Any suggestions on best carrier and where I can get a nano sim?

A completely unlocked/SIM Free Phone will work anywhere/any 3G/2G GSM network

if you need a nano SIM, you can get Nano SIM cutters on Ebay for 4-5 pounds
(cuts a standard SIM down to size)
even a local phone shop will have bought one and can cut it down.
