Can Iphone 3GS do what Iphone 5 can do?
Might sell my iphone 5 because its worth so much… I might just get an iphone 3gs… As long as it can play music, spotify, be used a an internet ddevice that is good enough for me

To answer it, yes
They may advertise new things on apple ads but in reality every time it says there's a new ios software your basically getting features of an iphone. I admit the iphone 5 may be faster but in reality all apple can do is change physical features e.g screen size, weight etc.

- Can't restore My iPhone 4 from iPhone 3GS backup? Today my girlfriend got an iPhone 4 after her 3GS broke. She brought it home and went to register/set it up.
