Can iTunes save my data on my iphone?

I'm getting a new iphone because i have touch screen problems. Can iTunes save my data so when i get my new iphone, i can simply retore my info?

Yes!

Yes, when you get your new iPhone, simply choose to restore from a previous backup when prompted to do so. You don't even need to do this through iTunes - if your current iPhone is running iOS 5 or later and has iCloud backup enabled, you can do it through iCloud as well (although it takes longer as it will need to download all the data onto the new phone rather than just transfer it)
