Can jailbreaking an Iphone ruin battery life?
I just Jailbroke my iphone 3gs. Before i did this the battery would last for the whole time, but now it dies around 40% battery life. I tried resetting my iphone, but it didn't fix the problem. Any ideas?
No a jailbreak just simply applies a hack to ios software it has nothin to do with the jailbreak
either you probably pulled the cable fast and damaged the battery or the battery just simplely ran out i know a place that charges 40 bucks to change it JAILBREAKING IS SAFE IF YOU JKNOW HOW TO DO IT!
I have a jailbroken iPod Touch. I've never had a battery problem. I think you might have done something. Jailbreak doesn't cause battery problems on iDevices.
- Will this ruin iPhone battery? I try to charge my phone battery up to 100% every charge, but sometimes if I need to go somewhere and use my phone, ill disconnect it when it is around 20-80%, come back pretty soon, and connect it again. Does doing this ruin the battery?
- Will taking the battery out of my Iphone ruin it? Not sure why I think it might, but i dropped my iphone in water and I was told I should take the battery out then put it in a bag of rice… For some reason I'm just worried I might ruin it. Will it?
- Will my battery ruin if I keep charging it? I have the iPhone 5 and I hate it when it gets below 95% and I charge it every chance I get, in my car, at home when I'm sitting around, at friends. But will this ruin my battery if I keep doing this?
- Will Jailbreaking my iPhone 3GS ruin my unlock? I have an AT&T iPhone 3GS on 6.1.3 (I know there's no jailbreak for it yet, but I know an untethered is being made) and I have it unlocked to be used with T-Mobile. If a untethered jailbreak comes out for 6.1.3, will my unlock be ruined and not let me use my T-Mobile services? ps. I have it unlocked, not jailbroken, so I don't have cydia
