Can The Police Track My IPhone 4s?

I Already Know That The Police Can Track It, But I Was Wondering If They Could Track My Phone If I Don't Have ICloud, I Don't Have An Apple I. D, I Don't Have ITunes Or Any Apps, I Have My Location Services Off, Find My Phone Is Off, I Don't Have MobileMe, I'm Not Conected To Wi-Fi, And My Sim Card Isn't In My Phone, Can It Still Be Tracked?

I'm guessing you stole it, and wondering if you did all that, they might not track you.well they can't, because you needed and apple id in the first place

They can track it only if the gps feature is on.
