Make 911 calls with a Iphone that does not have service?
With the old phones from the 90s and stuff you could still dial 911 even if the phone was not active. Is this true for iPhones? If I disconnect my iphone could I still use it to make a 911 call?

Yes the iphone has an emergency call feature, as long as there's battery and signal you can use it.

As long as the cell phone works (even if it does not show any reception (aka bars), it may be used to call for help in an emergency.

So I was at school and my phone was in my bad and I have the iPhone 11 which I think has an emergency call button which makes it easy to do that by accident.
