Can you put a DVD onto an iPhone?

I have one movie I really wanna put on my iPhone. Is it possible to put that movie on my phone? How?

Rip the DVD onto your computer, in an iTunes accepted format like.mp4, put it on iTunes & then sync that onto your iPhone.

Yes but you need a DVD ripper program.
Movie DVDs are protected and you need a DVD ripper program to decrypt the protections and convert the DVD to video file that is supported in iPone. (Please do not do that for commercial purpose.)

Any DVD Cloner Platinum is recommended. You can choose all generations of iPhone in the output profile directly which is much easier for operation.

Yes, you can. But you need dvd ripping tool to help you do the conversion.

Handbrake, dvdfab and any dvd cloner platinum are the best dvd rippers. My final choice is dvd fab as it can covert most of the newly released dvds and I can choose ipad in the output profile which is much easier for operation. It is a very nice software. Handbrake is free. You can also download to have a try.

  • What is the easiest, fastest way to get AVCHD video onto a standard DVD? Hi and thanks for taking the time to answer my question. I'm about to buy a Sony Cybershot digital camera (HX30) that takes video as AVCHD. Can you recommend idiot proof software that can take the videos off of the camera and burn them to a DVD? I don't care if the picture quality will be SD. I just want it on a DVD +/- R. Also if the software can also convert iPhone videos to DVD as well, that would be great.
  • Uploading a DVD onto and iPhone 4S? Okay so I've recently done a skydive and got a video of me doing it. I've just received the DVD of it. Is there a way to upload onto the computer then put it onto my iPhone?
  • How will I play my DVD movies if DVD players become obsolete? Most of my movies are on Amazon or iTunes or some digital format but I have some DVDs that I have not been able to find in digital format--Cats, The Three Lives of Thomasina, Fantasia. I have those on DVD and I have a CD/DVD drive in my laptop computer but my next computer won't have the drive so how would play the movies on my computer. Right now I hook up my laptop to a large screen and watch. What happens in the future?
  • How to save DVD files onto my computer than transfer them onto iTunes? I recently bought Green Day's "Bullet in a Bible" and "Awesome As ***" as well as All Time Low's "Straight to DVD." Since I have the physical copies, I would like to save the DVD files onto my computer so that I could transfer them onto iTunes and eventually sync them onto my iPhone. I just can't figure it out.
