Can you retrieve text messages?
My uncle recently suddenly passed away, and I usually clear my text messages every few weeks. I only have one set from him and it would be amazing if I could recover old conversations. Is there any way to retrieve old, erased texts? I have an iPhone 4S.

- Is there anyway you can see text messages after you have deleted them? I just got a iphone a couple days ago but before that i just had a basic phone from verizon. Well somehow my parents have seen some text messages that I deleted and I don't know how they can see them and they are personal things i'm talking to my best friend about. Does anyone know how they can see the messages and if they do is there a way I can make it so they can't see them?

- I can send text messages from my iPhone but can't receive messages? I have an iPhone 5, and i was texting my friends (who also have iPhones) and my messages send to them as text messages (not iMessages) but their texts don't come through to me. I have a macbook air and have my phone number hooked up to messages, so i can receive the messages there, but not my actual phone.
