Can you use an iphone without a sim?
I received a second hand iphone 3 but the sim card holder is a bit dodgy and will not go in. I have ordered a new one but i'm wondering if i can set the iphone up without a sim in it, I can't seem to get past the bit after you sort your wi-fi out.

I guess you can use it as an Ipod touch
I don't think so because you have to save it through something.
- Iphone sim card? Can iphone use Wi-Fi without it? I have a iphone 5 that does not have service. It's my friend's old phone from Verizon, he upgraded to 6 and gave me the out of service 5. With that being said, does it even need the sim card? And can it still use Wi-Fi with no sim?

I've been wanting an iPhone in my whole life, so i got an Alcatel One touch fierce, tmobile contract, uder my father's credit, so i have given a thought of buying an iPhone 5s in full price and ill be purchasing it on apple store. Is it possible if i use the sim card from tmobile and use the iphone as my phone? Is that possible?
