Can't get on a website on any device connected to my network?

I'm trying to connect to "http://www.technicpack.net" and all of my devices connected to my network will not connect to it (Laptop, Computor, Iphone) … And i just get the error message "could not connect to www.technicpack.net. I'm with SKY broadband but i haven't been with them for long and I have connected to this website in the past, anyone who can help, I will be very grateful!
Thank you!

With TRACERT technicpack.net request timed out after 5 stages (didn't get to website)
And with PING technicpack.net request timed out 4 times and then it came up saying that 4 packets were sent and 0 were received, 4 Lost and 100% loss

It looks like it is blocked on your PC. I assume other websites are okay. Do a websearch on something never accessed, such as a "gloop" Then load that website.
If it works then you need to look at the IE settings for blocked sites.
Right click IE ico on desktop.
Properties.
Tabs across the top.
Second tab, I think is Security. Its in there. Reset to Defaults.
Update the question.
Original:
Try a Start, Run, type CMD press enter
Type TRACERT http://www.technicpack.net ( maybe without the http:// OR without http://www)

Does the signal reach the Technicpack server?

Try also PING http://www.technicpack.net (also without the http:// OR without http://www)

Any response time? Or is unreacheable?

Type EXIT press Enter to get back to Windows.
