Car Dashboard Overheating? Ford Fiesta Ghia?

I have a Ford Fiesta Ghia, and it gets So hot in the car when you drive, but its heat inside the car, as if you have the heating on, even when the heating is OFF.

But when you try to put cold air on, it still comes out really hot.

The dashboard gets that hot that it shorted out my iphone which was on it, and the iphone came up with temperature warning, "iphone must cool down before use!"

I'm sure this is why it is costing me a lot more in petrol too, it's as if the car is permanently "heating on"

What could the problem be?
Is it something that can be easily fixed, and can anyone give an approx price?

Incidentally neither the cigarette lighter nor internal light work, but the fuses have not gone

Most likely your heater control is blocked in ON position and you get the full heat. If the controls are mechanical, the dash needs to be removed and the control levers and wires checked. If it's electronic (dial-type), it will probably need replacing.
The mechanical fix can be done by someone with sufficient experience, the electronic one is better left to a pro.
It seems that someone has messed up the dash while installing aftermarket gagets or doing similar work.
