Cell phone upgrade programs?
I'm going to buy the iPhone but since is my firs time getting a plan i don't know much about upgrade programs. One of the main question i have is if i have to give my previews phone or do i get to keep it?
You aren't upgrading if you haven't had a plan before.
Depends on the carrier and the upgrade plan they offer. So check with the carrier you plan to go with what their upgrade plan(s) are, and how they work. They may have more than one, so you will need to find that out as well.
Don't think so in most cases. May be confusing upgrade programs to trade-in programs.
- When I upgrade my iPhone, can I upgrade to the same phone? I have the iPhone 4S and my upgrade is soon, but I don't want the iPhone 5. And I have some little cracks and my speakers are weird. So when my upgrade comes can I just get the same phone that I have now?

- What adobe programs can be used to make an iPhone App? I do not have a Mac (I can't afford one). I was wondering if any Adobe Programs are capable of making iPhone Apps? -Adobe Device Central? Please Respond.
- Is there any hard evidence of widespread fraud of welfare programs? Or is it all just anecdotes. The most common type of answer I get is "my neighbor is on food stamps and has an iPhone!"
