Consequence for stealing 7 iPhones?

There have been 7 phones stolen, same place, same time. I want to know what this thief can go through for this? Jail time?

They can be given one count for each one stolen, but if they goto court they will probably plea down to one count and then be given probation, the state doesn't care about your iphone they just wanna put people on probation so they can collect money its a business to them

That would Depend on whether the Thief already has a "Record" or Not. If he DOES, He's not Going to be Operating ANY Handheld Internet Device- for a LONG Time, once He gets Caught…
