I was stupid and held an iPhone for a friend. I didn't ask why or nothing just did it. Next day I have the cops going threw my stuff. The phone was stolen. I got in trouble because it was in my house. I have to go to court for it next month.Am I going to jail? I just turned 18. The phone is only worth $300 at max. I have never gotten in Trouble like this before. Just a speeding ticket. I live in Vermont btw. I just want to know if I'm going to jail.

Um i don't know if you would go to jail, but since it is in your house, it is considered under your possession, and your friend would have to just deny he gave you anything and they would think you stole it yourself…
