Most likely the iPhone is using iCloud contacts and the laptop gmail or some other contacts, you can merge the two or just set the iPhone to use gmail contacts or vice Versa
- Two different computers, two different iTunes.can I use the same Apple ID? I have iTunes on my computer that I use for my iPhone, and my mon just got an iPod Touch and wants me to fill it for her. I'm going to use her computer to do this, which currently does not have iTunes. Once I download iTunes, can I use my own Apple ID to download songs and apps onto her iPod? Is it possible to do that without disturbing what's on my phone, or do I have to make a whole new iTunes account for her?
- Transferring Iphone contacts between different IOS? Alright, so I backed up my phone on IOS6 and upgraded to IOS7. When I plugged in my phone with IOS7 it deleted my ios 6 back up. Now I want to go back and it says that my backup is only compatible for IOS7. I never made an Icloud backup either… I have everything I want when I bump back up to ios7 but how am I able to go back to 6 and somehow transfer my contacts?! I have a Mac btw
- Different phone but same sim number so will I have my old contacts stored or no? My iphone 6s broke so I will be having an iphone 5 instead as a temporary phone. I can easily ask through social media numbers yet I'm just wondering. Will have phone on Thursday.

So for some reason all my contacts are different now most of them were blue when I talked to them on iMessage now it's green and when I look at their contact it would show the FaceTime option if I wanted to now it only let's me choose chat and phone option and it's like this with all my contacts and I want to use iMessage instead of my actuall text message that uses up texting minutes. If it helps the phone bill was payed yesterday
