Transferring Iphone contacts between different IOS?
Alright, so I backed up my phone on IOS6 and upgraded to IOS7. When I plugged in my phone with IOS7 it deleted my ios 6 back up. Now I want to go back and it says that my backup is only compatible for IOS7. I never made an Icloud backup either… I have everything I want when I bump back up to ios7 but how am I able to go back to 6 and somehow transfer my contacts?! I have a Mac btw

I want to know how to move all my contacts, apps, and pics from my old iPhone to my current one (my moms) Although I want to try and not delete any of my moms stuff on here either. I have tried EVERYTHING icloud, itunes and nothing is working. I don't know if its because when it shows up on the computer its under my moms name or what?
