Controlling your PC with iphone?

Is there any ways i can have full acess to my PC with my iphone or ipad?

lets say i'm at school and i need a document on my computer, is there a way for me to access my documents and send it to myself via hotmail

  • Why does my iphone screen keep controlling itself? So my iphone is in horrible shape, in terms of a broken screen. It's having a hard time responding to touch and I can't type. Also, it keeps opening apps on its own. Someone told me that the screen is pressing up against the digitizer and is acting as if I was touching the screen due to the cracks. If so, can I just replace the broken screen or do I have to buy another phone? I want to wait on the iphone 6 to use my upgrade.
  • When you sync your iphone to your computer does it copy everything onto your pc? I have broke my iphone to the point where it is un repairable, i only sync my iphone the other day to my pc does this mean everything what was on my iphone was copied and saved to it? Or have i lost everything?
  • Leaving your 4G on your iPhone 4s at all times won't waste your data right? I leave it on all the time and my plan is 300 MB and I was wondering if I had this on at all times and I don't use the web or anything I just leave my phone alone, it doesn't waste my data right? Very much appreciated!
  • Is there an app for controlling a projector? I have a Sharp PG-MB66X projector with no remote. Is there a mobile app to download from the Google Play Store or from the iPhone app store to work as a controller?
