Cydia deleted all of my apps?
I need some help, I applied a jailbreak to my iphone, and when I opened up cydia it said something about downloading files, so, I forgot all about my battery and it died, I then restarted my iphone and All of my apps were gone. Not all but MOST. My settings, and almost all of the stock apps, now when I try to restore it on iTunes, it says I need to have find my iphone on, which I can't turn on since cydia deleted my settings app. -.-
Could anyone help? This is VERY frustrating, thanks!
You must move the phone to recovery mode.connect phone to itunes hold off and home at sime time until the apple logo appears then take the finger out from off and on bottom but keep holding home button until itunes logo appears in the phone screen itunes will put a window >>>itunes found a phone in recovery mode do you want to reinstall the operating system? You click yes an the rest its an automatic procedure until it ask to restore a security copy it you have any o fewer chose one an it will restore settings music pictures apps from that security copy. I hope you are understating. Ten points to my answer!
- What will happen to apps installed via cydia if I will delete cydia? I jailbroken the iphone for the purpose of installing an app which is not available in appstore. Now I do not need cydia anymore, I can delete it by deleting its packages. But what will happen to the app that is installed using cydia if I will remove cydia?
- My iphone needs to restore and I don't want all my music and apps deleted? Okay so I was doing the software update for my iPhone and after about an hour it said the update had failed due to an unknown error. Next thing I know a window comes up on my itunes that says, "iTunes has detected an iPhone in recovery mode. You must restore this iPhone before it can be used with iTunes." and that's my only option. If I restore it, I fear losing all of my apps and music that I paid for. Is there any way I can restore it without deleting all of my music and apps?
- IPhone 4S deleted all apps even apple apps? Last night my phone was freezing up so I turned it off and back on and when it restarted I had no messaging, phone, settings, iTunes, App Store, etc and I've turned it on and off and reset it several times. When I get a text I can see that I got it but when I click on it nothing happens I can't view the message.
- I've deleted all my photos and apps, but my iPhone still says I've used 3.4 GB? I never updated my phone to IOS 7 when it came out last year because I had tons of pictures and nothing to import them to, which left me with not enough GB space. I've recently gotten a laptop so I imported almost all of my old pictures and deleted the rest, as well as deleting all my apps. However, it still says I don't have enough room to update, as I have used 3.4 GB. What can I do to fix this?
