Cydia gone in iPhone 5 6.1.2?

I have jailbreak with evasi0n, it was smooth
It said that my phone was ok to go, I was playing with cydia, I downloaded a theme(black color theme) and I turn on the theme with winter board, and both winterboard and cydia is gone,
What I have tried
1.undo the theme in the settings, didn't work
2.rejail break, didn't work
3.reset phone and rejail break, didn't work
4.downloaded putty, says connection refused
5.downloaded redsn0w, can't find my phone in iTunes, didn't work
When I rejail break it says already jailbroken
No need for another time, but when I use my phone, the front I was still there, but my friend said that it wasn't perfectly jailbroken
I'm so sad that I'm like going to cry
Please help
I didn't restore to factory settings because people said it will update…
I will seriously cry If I got my cydia back.

Download the IPhone 5 6.1.2.firmware to your computer, then head on over to iTunes and make sure your iPhone is connected via USB cable then go to summary section and hold shift and click the restore option at the same time this will allow you to select the 6.1.2. Firmware (so you won't be updated to 6.1.3.) Then re- jailbreak with evasi0n! Cydia should be there.
