Dell laptop windows 7 vista and iPhone 4 personal hotspot issues?
I used to use my phone as a hotspot to my laptop only last month and it worked fine no problems, now it will connect but when I try using the Internet it says can't display page, if I click fix it says can't connect to remote device, even though it is connected and has full signal?
Upgrade to Windows 8. The latest support and help topics will only work for people using the latest operating systems. Also, iPhone 4 may only support providing hotspot to Windows 7 and above.
Simply restart you iPhone. It does not delete anything just hold the home button and the lock button until the dive powers off. It will automatically turn back on and your connection will be restored.
If this fails, turn on your hotspot and plug your phone into your laptop via usb cable. This is another way of connecting to your phones hotspot.
