Did my iPhone 7 Plus get a virus?
I was just roaming around through safari on this specific page about psychology and out of no where it says my phone has been infected and it said something using a specific app to scan my phone. I got extremely worried. So is my iPhone infected or not? I'm very scared right now.

It's a common tactic to get people to believe that their device is infected. It is very difficult (but not impossible) to get a virus/malware on an iOS device.
Generally speaking, you're more likely to see these kinds of pages if you're on shady websites and/or the webpage you're on has weird ads.

Its just scareware. To get you to download something you don't need.
Nothing to worry, it's just adware. Don't click on anything to download the suggested app. Go to Settings > Safari > Clear History and Website Data > Clear History and Data. That's it, your Safari is clean again.
- Should I get the new iphone 6s plus? Or should I just continue using my old iphone 6 plus? My dad said he would buy me it for thanksgiving but i feel like its the same thing as the iphone 6 plus and i kind of want to just wait for the iphone 7.

I don't mean where you connect the iPhone to your computer and restore through iTunes. I mean the restore image that is actually on the iPhone.
- I have a iPhone and my safari froze when a pop up asked me to call this number to get rid of a virus so I don't know if I have a virus or no? So today I was looking for music online and this pop up came up and froze my browser and it asked me to call this number but I didn't and hit cancel and cleared my history and I restarted my phone cause it acted slow so I don't know if I have a virus or not
