Differencies in internet speed?
This is very disturbing when I start downloading any kind of softwares from my computer and mobile please let me elaborate.
When I tried to download a software from ie9 my wi-fi gives me a speed of 25kb/s also when something from chrome 36kb/s but from my galaxy s3 it give me speed of 7.83mb/s and my dad's iphone 4s about 8.2mb/s with same router which has actually the declared speed from my service provider 10mb/s so please explain the reason and also a solution for my computer speed to increase.

Where are you getting the speed from?
Your numbers don't add up correctly. If your ISP gives you a 10 Mbps service as you claim, then your maximum download rate is about 1.25 MBps. There's no way you could get a 7 or 8 MBps download rate from a 10 Mbps speed.
As for your computer, I can only imagine that the problem is wireless interference. I would definitely try to power cycle all of your equipment, and physically plug into the router to see if that makes a difference.
- Why is my internet speed slow? So I have a netgear router and recently, anything connected to it has had really slow connection speed. My computer (which is wired) and my iPhone (which uses Wi-Fi) both can't load YouTube videos without constant buffering and low res.
