Do I need a parent to come with me to buy an iPhone 6 outright from the apple store?
Okay, so I'm a 14 year old student from Melbourne and want to buy the iPhone 6! I've saved up $900 for it, but I just wanna know if that's enough and if I need a parent/guardian to come with me to be able to buy the iPhone 6? I want to buy the 16GB Gold iPhone 6! Please Please Help! I'm going to buy it next week but I need to know now since I'm working for it and need to earn enough money!
Please save your money for something that won't be obsolete in 6 months, like your education. But you will need your parents to sign the contract.
Buy an Android. They're better. I particularly recommend the Xperia Z3.
You CAN buy the iphone 6 from the store, but the phone or text will not be able to be hooked up so that will remain un working until you get a parents guidance.
The reason being is most likely your phone service is held under your parents (or someone above 18 years ) and for them to access all the information for that account that is needed to set your phone and text, they need their permission to access. So the person who is in charge of the phone plan would need to be with you if you want phone or text to be working.
So the answer is YES and NO in this question. I suggest bringing a parent though because they're gonna ask you a lot of things you know nothing about. They also are going to need a lot of information from the account stated above. ^
If you go to Apple.com they have a place on their website where you can make an 'appointment' for them at the apple store. This will cut your wait time in half and will allow you to be seen almost as soon as you walk in the door. This is advised because usually apple stores are packed full. They also have a check list of everything you should bring along with you when buying your product.
Technically you can buy the phone without your parent being there, but you will need their presence and permission to set up service on the phone through a cellphone carrier.otherwise, you will have purchased a $900 paperweight. The prices online and in-store are the same.
No, just like how you can buy from a grocery store without a parent/guardian.
No. The only things you need your parent are like alcohol. And cigarette. Loterry…
- Where is the best place to buy an iPhone 4s: the Verizon store or the Apple store? I don't have an upgrade until January but am looking to buy an iPhone soon. I've been looking at the various sites and saw that there was a huge price difference between the Apple and Verizon stores. A rep at the Verizon store told me I wouldn't even have to change my existing plan, but just pay the $449 for the phone. Why would I buy an iPhone 4s from Verizon for $449.99 when they're sold on the Apple website for $99?
- Should I buy my iPhone at the Apple Store or the Verizon store? The plans and the phones themselves cost the exact same; the difference is the care plan. I just can't decide which one is best for me and I definitely want some sort of plan. Apple care is an upfront cost, but it is cheaper. I don't know how long either last, or which one takes care of the customers the best. Any opinions?
- Should I buy an iPhone 5s for $500 outright, or a Google Nexus 5 for $400 outright? I don't have any discernible preferences for either of the two, but I want to know what the best decision is to make since I'm planning on buying a new phone every few years. I want serious answers, so no fanboy answers please.
