Do I need to call Verizon or is there no way to fix this billing problem?

A while back, I got a VISA gift card and I used it to purchase an app on my iphone. But now, every time I try to download an app, it tells me there was a billing problem with my previous purchase. And I can't fix it because it needs the security code to the VISA gift card and I threw it away once I used all the money on it! So my question is can I fix this? And if so, how?

This is not a verizon problem. Just take the card off if your account. (iTunes account)
