Is there a way i can turn on/ call my iphone when its off?
I misplaced my iphone in my house and i can't find it ANYWHERE and i know its at my house because i remember using it and then turning it off when i came home. I can't call it because its off but i was wondering if there was anyway it turn on your iphone through your mac or iPad or something without icloud.
No. If it's turned off, then there's no way to turn it on from another device.
If you had Find My iPhone enabled through iCloud (If you turned it on in iPhone's settings),
go to www.icloud.com - log in - Find My iPhone - put the map to satellite view and then it should give you a (might not be so accurate) location of where it was last turned on, and then try finding it.
