Do not disturb is not working in IOS6?

I installed the new iOS 6 for my 4S iphone, the new feature DND is not working at all, I tried to lock the phone and put NO one for allowing calls it's still ringing

There's any way I can make it work?

Well ofcourse it won't work you have to put it for everyone
If you put no one then no one has the do mot disturb button on

Either way, its not working.
