Do you feel like you've lived way longer than you actually have?

I'm only 28, but feel like I've been alive for an eternity. I just long for a long, uninterrupted, nap.

Added (1). Must be the fact that I've experienced a lot more physical, emotional, and mental suffering, than the average human has. I guess it all adds up, over time.

"Fatigue" makes time seem to drag into eternity - a single week may seem like a year when so much goes wrong, so much exhaustion is involved… Two decades seem like a month, when life is an ever-present moment. Speaking of "feelings", I can relate to life feeling like I lived longer than I have, before I discovered the breathtaking awe and wonder of even common daily life, like hearing birds chirp during a crisp morning leisurely stroll through tree-lined neighbourhood streets before the "drudgery of the day" commence.

Anyway, yes, I know the "feeling", but being one not to live life by "feel", I no longer care to "feel" my way through life when there are so many other levels on which to experience the wonder.

BTW, unsure what you mean "more emotional, physical… Suffering in short". In history, when slaves rebelled against the tyrranical Roman empire, they were crucified - have you experienced the brutality of crucifixion? Or more recently, the Great Depression, WWII, … Have you experienced the anxiety of carpet bombings, the border-line starvation due to economic hardship… Or even today, in parts of the world, where many who don't even know what "Internet" is - the sort you evidently can afford despite all your travails - are suffering like perhaps you did not? Your sufferings in the least lead to a state of internet access, theirs usually leads to plain and simple death through horrible suffering. All I mean, and with no offense, as I can get a bit overbearing, point is, all I mean, "who suffers more - the one who has to endure one more year with last iPhone model before upgrading, or, someone crucified just for desiring simple freedom you already enjoy in abundance"? Yeah, I do. But then again, I'm not a teenager anymore, so… So do I. I always feel like I've lived way longer than I actually have.
I haven't had happy life since I was a child because of my parents' behavior.
Although I've achieved some successes in life so far, I can't forget what I've experienced and that's why I always feel like I've lived for very long time. Yes I feel. When I was seven I was attempting to swim in Cauvery river near my native place. Though I knew swimming, yet I could not withstand the water current. I was moving fast in the river and about to be drowned. My sister watched that I'm struggling. She told another villager Shri Ramamurthi, who fortunately rescued me and brought me back to shore. If Ramamurthi was not there on that day, I would have gone along with the river.

This reply/answer is given after considering your question from philosophical angle only. I think that age 25 is old.

I also think that I have never lived in the first place. Yes

  • Would you find it very weird if someone lived in a '90s style? His car is from the '90s, all his objects and clothes are from the '90s, his electronics are so '90s, and he only read Newspapers. He only has an iPhone to get in touch with his parents and for emergencies, but he most of the time uses a phone plugged in a wall.
  • Why do I feel like I have everything and I'm rich? I have an iPhone 4S, xbox, 600 dollar glasses, Supra clothing and plenty of clothing, hats, Lacoste cologne, 40 inch tv, xbox games, weights, Bose and another pair of headphones, music on my iPhone, do you think I have everything and if I'm spoiled.
  • What to do about my iphone storage saying I'm using up way more photo storage than I actually am? My storage says I have 132 photos that's using up most of my storage; almost 3 GB. I have only 52 photos and 15 videos in my phone. It seems like it may be using storage from pictures I deleted, but apparently they're still using space? ? Has this happened to anyone else. I've taken my phone to an apple store, and I didn't get any answers.
  • What shows what you actually look like? I look good in the mirror but on camera I'm hideous. I use my iPhone 5s' camera and I look bad front and back. My drivers license photo looks more like what I look like in the mirror but if course I had this really crazy smile cause I had just turned 16 xD but I don't get it why can't I take a good picture? Or do the mirrors just make you look better than you are?
