Does texting with wi-fi count toward my limited text count?
I'm getting an iphone gophone but i only have 1000 texts, so if I text while connected to Wi-Fi, would it count toward my 1000 texts?
Yes. As long as the message you send is green, then it is a text. If it is blue however, you can send as many as you want, even when you are not on Wi-Fi. However, that will take up cellular data.
Yes, if you have a texting plan that is say 100 text and is connected to your phone number, it counts, because without your phone number no one could text you on the limited account. And we're of course talking about SMS, correct, and not instant messages. SMS phone number to phone number, instant message, app to app.
Now if you are using an app that uses data, then no it will not count.
Yes it would, unless you are sending iMessages which aren't actually texts since it requires internet access. That would I'm (instant messaging)
- What does limited data mean? On iPhone 16 gigabyte do i lose my gigabytes forever Joshua shut the hell up. I mean is that i have 2 gbs of data do i lose on my memory or what
- What does it mean when your internet says connected with limited access? I have a windows vista that's 2008. My house internet went down yesterday so I had to take the plug out of the internet and plug it back in after 10 minutes. Then everything worked but today my laptop says connected with limited access but my iPad internet and iPhone works fine. So what to do? I tried everything on google but it didn't work. My sister said its like something I downloaded but I didn't download anything since like 2 weeks. So what to do?
- Texting notification to the person I'm texting? How do I change on my iPhone 5s so the person I'm texting doesn't see that I'm texting them with the bubble
- Limited texting and imessage? Okay so i have an iphone. And i have limited texting. Only 100 a month. Does that still apply to imessage? In other words, if i text friends that have an iphone and have imessage, does it still count in the 100 texts?
