Does the facebook and twitter app cost on iphone?

I have bought an iphone today and i have downloaded the facebook and twitter app, if i go on facebook will it cost? I'm on a pay monthly contract and i have home bt Wi-Fi. If i go on facebook now will it use up my data or will it use the home Wi-Fi thingg?

It does not use the Data up but the Wi-Fi I hope this helped!

If you are connected to your home Wi-Fi you do not use your cellular data

Home wi-Fi but be sure to turn of your cellular data go to settings -general-cellular-off then you will be sure to use your Wi-Fi that only turns of your data and when you want to use it turn back on.

You have to switch the Wi-Fi on and wait for the Wi-Fi symbol to appear. It looks like a little cone shaped thing on the top left. To switch Wi-Fi on go to settings and then Wi-Fi.

  • Twitter SMS & Twitter App Mobile Notifications? I have and Iphone 4, currently up to date, etc etc. When I turn on mobile notifications on twitter I receive both the SMS/404-04 text notification and a push notification from my twitter mobile app. I would prefer to receive the notifications from my app only and not SMS. It would be easier to distinguish tweet from normal texts. Plus The SMS notifications leave my texts list messy. I can't figure out how to do this anywhere. Solutions?

But i still use that but it sends me notifications too directly from twitter and i just want my texts. But how do i turn off the notifications without turning off my texts.
