No i've updated my iPhone 4. Its an update for the iphone 4s so it only updates iphone 4s siri and iphone 4 stays the same.
I asked the same thing on here everyone told me no it didint do i don't know

the only way to get siri on a iphone 4 or 3gs is to jailbreak it on 5.1.1 and add it thru cydia.
