Does unlocking and jailbreaking an iPhone void apple care warrenty?

So I got the iPhone 5, and I want to unlock it to put it with another company. Also I want to jailbreak it when the jailbreak comes out. If I do those 2 and my phone breakes, or cracks screen will I be able to get a new one? What if I completely restore it as a new iPhone? Would they replace it?

You should concern yourself with how to spell warranty first.

It makes the warranty void. Though I have heard of some app or program you can install that will restore it exactly like it was before it was jailbroken.

Yes it voids the warranty but if needed you can do a clean restore with iTunes, just connect your iPhone to your computer and click on restore, iTunes will restore your iPhone to factory settings and this will take the jailbreak off.
